Liesbeth is a lawyer and Legal partner at Baker Tilly Law Belgium. She has been with Baker Tilly since 2003.

She built up considerable expertise during her career, mainly in corporate law. This includes corporate housekeeping as well as the structuring of corporate groups, the elaboration of financing techniques and mergers & acquisitions.

She also advises and assists family partnerships, technology spin-offs and private equity files. Liesbeth has very broad experience in drafting all necessary legal documents and guiding a transaction “from start to finish”. She is also very experienced in teamwork and managing multidisciplinary teams in different areas.

Liesbeth received her master’s degree in Law and an advanced master’s of Notarial Practice from KU Leuven and in the past was also an attorney at the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar.
