Background
Dries Faingnaert has been an attorney at the Brussels Bar since 2009 and is a partner at Baker Tilly Law Belgium.
He assists Belgian and international clients with the various aspects of (international) employment law (recruitment and dismissal, collective labor law, collective conflicts, false self-employment, restructurings, etc.), as well as international social security and economic migration.
In addition, he regularly represents clients in legal proceedings (both individual and collective disputes) before the Belgian courts and tribunals.
After obtaining a master’s degree in law from Ghent University, Dries started his career in a renowned Belgian law firm, where he specialized in employment law and economic migration. In 2019, he founded the law firm Arcade Law together with Martijn Baert. There he focused on employment law for 6 years with a particular expertise in international employment & economic migration.
In addition, Dries regularly provides legal training to entrepreneurs and lawyers.
