Background
Jan Heynickx is an attorney and joined the Baker Tilly Law Belgium team as a partner in August 2025.
In recent years, he built strong experience at a specialized niche player in real estate law.
Within Baker Tilly Law Belgium, he counsels clients on real estate transactions, real estate disputes and real property rights. He primarily advises companies operating in the commercial real estate sector such as retail, hospitality or offices.
Jan obtained a master’s degree in law from K.U. Leuven in 2009. Afterwards, he further specialized with an advanced master’s degree in corporate law and a postgraduate degree in real estate law.
