Background
Jonathan De Landsheere has been a lawyer since 2012 and is an M&A partner at Baker Tilly Law Belgium.
With over 14 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, Jonathan advises entrepreneurs and investors on often complex transactions, including buy- and sell-side transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and (cross-border) carve-outs and restructurings.
Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Law (Ghent University) and an LL.M. in International Business Law (Tilburg University). He also earned a post-master’s degree in corporate law (Catholic University of Leuven). In addition, he served for several years as a research assistant at the European Law Institute of KU Leuven and taught seminars on M&A and corporate law. Jonathan is also a (co-)author of various legal publications.
He began his career in the Corporate/M&A department of a leading Belgian law firm and subsequently gained experience in a Big Four context. Jonathan has been part of Baker Tilly Law Belgium since April 2026.
