Background
Laura De Pot started her career in 2015 as an attorney at the Dendermonde Bar Association where she handled a variety of matters. She then spent three years as a legal policy advisor at an employers’ organization, for which she served on various consultation and advisory bodies. She also took up a mandate as a lay judge in employment matters.
Since 2022, Laura has been working as a legal counsel, assisting entrepreneurs with legal issues that directly impact their business operations. She advises clients on matters such as commercial contracts, business acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and more. Laura is also part of the team that handles succession and estate planning, where she handles the corporate and civil law aspects. Thanks to her diverse experience, Laura can guarantee an all-round approach.
Laura focuses on an analytical approach with a strong emphasis on practical applicability, ensuring that entrepreneurs receive advice that truly helps them move forward.
In addition to her master’s degree in Law (Ugent, 2015), Laura completed an additional executive course in Business Administration (Ehsal Management School, 2021) and a course in corporate law (Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel, 2023).
