Lynn is a legal counsel and joined Baker Tilly Law in 2023.

Lynn has experience in providing advice and assisting clients – SMEs and multinationals – in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various complex contracts. She specializes in: general commercial and contract law, franchise and distribution law, construction law and other business contracts (construction, commercial lease, services,..), market practices, and consumer protection. Lynn has also contributed to several due diligence assignments for clients active in various sectors.

Before joining Baker Tilly, Lynn gained experience as a lawyer in international law firms and as a legal advisor at a well-known entrepreneurs-organization.
